By using this website or proceeding with a service engagement, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business.

Pintar Nusa provides AI integration consulting services for small businesses in Malaysia, primarily in Sarawak. Services are delivered in three arrangements: Starting Point Review, Workflow Integration Support, and Comprehensive Support Journey. Full descriptions of each arrangement are available on our Solutions page.

Services are delivered in English and, on request, Bahasa Malaysia. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service engagement if we determine it is not a suitable fit for either party.

4. Enquiries and Engagement

Submitting an enquiry form on this website does not constitute a binding agreement. A service engagement begins only when both parties have confirmed the scope, price, and commencement date in writing (including by email). Any verbal discussions prior to written confirmation are exploratory only.

Fees for each service are as stated on this website and confirmed in writing prior to engagement. Payment terms are as follows:

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment may be made by bank transfer or such other method as we confirm in writing.

7. Refund Policy

Starting Point Review fees are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If we are unable to deliver a session as scheduled due to our own circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. For Workflow Integration Support, fees paid for work already completed are not refundable. Unused monthly fees for Comprehensive Support Journey arrangements will be refunded on a pro-rata basis if the arrangement is ended with appropriate notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All written materials produced during an engagement — including summaries, reference guides, and reports — are provided for your business's internal use. You may not resell, republish, or represent these materials as your own work. Website content, including text and design, remains the property of Pintar Nusa. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to view this website for informational purposes only.

9. Confidentiality

We treat business information shared with us during engagements as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We expect the same discretion in return regarding any materials or methods we share with you.

10. Disclaimers

Our services are advisory in nature. We provide recommendations based on our assessment, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, cost savings, productivity improvements, or results from implementing any tools we suggest. Tool performance depends on factors outside our control, including how they are adopted by your team and changes made by tool providers.

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or currency of content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Pintar Nusa shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement to which the claim relates.

12. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing service arrangement with 14 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate any engagement immediately if a client acts in a way that is harmful, unlawful, or in serious breach of these terms. One-time engagements such as the Starting Point Review are complete upon delivery and do not require formal termination.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. Where possible, we prefer to resolve disputes informally by direct communication before any formal process is initiated.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
